Assembly Instructions: 1. The Training Bar Extension Kit comes with 4 extension bases, 2 struts, 8 bolts and 8 nuts. 2. Remove black tabs from the four ends of the base of the original bar. 3. Insert the four extension bases into the newly made slots. 4. Place the struts in between the base with the long metal side of the strut touching the ground. 5. Affix the struts with the holes on the sides of the base using the bolts and nuts. 6. Use a wrench to tighten securely.
